Bring the idea. We build the product.
A studio that ships AI products
Leanicon is not a supplier of hours, and it is not an agency with a rate card. It runs its own AI products end to end, and builds its clients' with the same team, the same methodology and the same bar — if it ships under Leanicon's name or the client's, it ships finished. Its motto says the rest: lean process, iconic product.
How a product gets built
Every Leanicon product goes through the same four stages — thesis, spec, build and launch — on four patterns used together on purpose, because each solves a problem the others cannot:
- Domain-Driven Design keeps the product true to the business.
- SOLID keeps the code true to itself.
- Spec-Driven Development decides what to build before any code exists.
- Agentic programming: the developer as architect and reviewer, the agent as implementer.
The method is published in full on How we build.
Three ways to build with it
- Product Build — from thesis to launched product, end to end, for a price agreed on the delivery. The client owns the product, the code and the IP.
- Embedded Build Team — fixed term, renewable: the studio builds alongside the client's own team and leaves its way of building behind.
- Product Diagnosis — fixed scope, fixed price: the cheapest way to find out whether an idea should exist.
Nothing is billed by the hour. The models are explained on Partner with us.
Leanicon and me
I founded Leanicon. MosenAI is the first product built inside the studio.
